Short answer, If your 'bank' can't even spell 'download', then it's spam sent by a really pathetic fraudster. π .Also take note that banks don't sent .html files as attachments. :left: .And my bank always addresses me by name, not as, "Dear Customer"It's scary that people actually need help to realise that this is a scam, but there are plenty of people who do actually get taken by this crap. :awww:
Ah, I see now – in the heading, top line. I was too busy reading the body text.I thought it was obvious that it was a scam but I couldn't find your typo anywhere!
I keep getting spam phone calls these days. They call and say they're from the Windows Security team and have detected a fault with my computer. Thing is, I'm smarter than the average Indian scam artist (who isn't?) so I know they're bullshitting and want to walk me through giving them access to my computer. However I also know just how many elderly people will fall for that and it makes me really angry – like explosively so.Where I'd normally string these scammers along and play games with their heads, I can't keep myself contained and hurl some absolutely filthy abuse their way. The thought of so many vulnerable people being taken by them doing this stuff just overwhelms me and I explode.
I'm slow – I don't get it.

God gives you a special bonus in heaven for every minute of the scammers' time you knowingly waste. It's a public service thing.
