New email bill? Never heard of it. And I was under the misconception that spam is defined as unsolicited mass emails! π
The banks are upgrading their security again! (how many times is that this week?) :left:

P.S: If you are an ABSA customer, take note that absa.com is not an official ABSA domain name. The official ABSA domain name, for what it's worth, is absa.co.za
Also, be aware of other fake 'ABSA' domains like absa.cc.za and absa.co.zc
Gotta love those legal loopholes. :rolleyes:Fortunately the bill never passed into law.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slamming_Bill
Even if it had, it would be unenforceable as most spammers are not from the USA and not all recipients of spam are in the USA! π .The 'opt-out' clauses have fallen through in most countries because they provide a way to legally steal from people.Think about it. Imagine if you notice a stranger lurking around your house every day. At the end of the month, you receive a bill in your post box from Shady Security inc. demanding payment for services rendered. Now they include an opt-out clause, together with a reminder that you won't be 'protected' if you cancel the 'service'. :insane: .:sst: Of course, in that example the criminality is not even questioned. Yet 'anti-virus' vendors do this as a matter of course, and no one seems to question that! π
"We never fail anyone…." Someone needs to learn a bit about marketing π

It's almost a given that there will be at least one virus on it! :faint: .

I know it's legit because of the caps.

I'm just glad that the spammers are keen to take the time to educate you on what is or isn't spam. :lol:Yes, it's so true what you say about flashdrives spreading viruses.
This message is not SPAM because I say so :knight: π
