"Cn U Rd Ths" looks like something doctor would prescribe so that you can`t understand ๐
I still think it's an address in China!
It can be pretty hard to read texts written like that, especially for us who don't have English as first language. ๐
:p … of course it's a road in China, my friend stayed there a few weeks ago … nice hotel, half of the opera users must have been there already :p
:furious: I will destroy them all.
Ah! My job here is done!.
it says Can You Read This…lmao

The Death of Language by Mobile Phone? Okay, I guess I shouldn't blanket blame Mobile Phones. It IS being a collaborative effort after all. There are various tight-knit members involved: Blackberries, Twitter, Chat Rooms, Instant Messaging, Etc.Actually, I think a distinction probably has to be made. I think older people who did get to learn how to write properly before engaging in the use of Textese ARE more likely capable of still being able bring it on when they need to. They can still write properly on demand when Textese is not going to cut it.The young generation is the one more likely to not be able to generate a quality piece of writing on demand. The Textese will have been too much in the equation at the same time that they were supposed to be learning how to write properly.
