On my way to work this afternoon, I saw this! :D.Or rather, I almost didn't see it! :p.
Weurrgh! That's one huge stick insect :insane: ! …why do you have a lighter?
I have seen something similar in Adriatic coast long time ago. What kind of insect is it?
 Don't see anything 😦
Yes, yes I would 😀
It's called a stick insect because it looks kinda like a twig..@Kimmie, Why do I have a lighter? :left:. Um, will you believe me if I say it's for lighting the braai?.
:insane: I hate bugs. 😥
Awww, but this one's so cute..And he didn't even flinch when I placed the lighter next to him. :p.
How do you know it is male? :left:
I have no idea whether it's male or female.
Awwww, he's so sweet! I've never seen them in the wild here, only in the Zoo. :awww:
Very cool little critter. 🙂
The girls are usually much larger than the boys (cause boys are puney and all)…so it's probably a girlie 😀
I knew that, :left:. honest, I did..
:chef: let's chow. Or rather not. :yuck:
Stick insects are so cool!
its called a Walking Stick. i used to see them all the time during the summer in Michigan, but over the last 20 years, they have disappeared rapidly. the first one i had seen in over 20 years, was not too long after i moved down here to Florida. they are so cool to watch.
I would be lying if said I think it's cute, but it's pretty cool that you have them walking around there ! I've only seen the ones my cousin had as pets when we were kids…
And then cousin Rose squashed Johnnie Walker mommy 😥 she even said, 'he ain't walkin no mo biaaatch!' 😥
How big your foot exactly is, Rose? :insane:
Well, he shouldn't have stood under my foot… :left:
Slightly bigger than a lighter… 😀
Tiny feet. They're no bigger than pegs. :eyes:
If you think it is small, welll… it is not :left::insane:
Wow, Rosie has flippers! 😮
what kind of Ganja is it?
