Check out Mik's page, Shaunak. You'l find links to the apps in his sidebar. If you have any questions, I'm sure he will be able to answer them for you...Well Kimmie. That's the size the text was on my old phone. The standard text size on my new phone is too small. You may have noticed that I've been making a lot of spelling mistakes lately. It's because the text editor automatically user the smaller text and I only see the errors when I see the final result. π (I probably do need spectacles. )..This post will make more sense if you know that the afrikaans word for shit is 'kak'. (rhymes with duck). So whatever this guy wrote in his own language, it looks like a lot of swearing to a South African. :left:.
Well, the text at this size is about 4mm high, roughly the same as standard news print. The 'normal' text size is about 2.5mm high, roughly the same size is the fine print in a legal document. :left:. It really hurts to try reading fine print for eight hours straight. :faint:.Standard typewriter text is about 6mm high, so if you were to use fine print to print a document, you could fit about four times as much text on an A4 page.
Ok, I can't read 1mm high text on a regular basis. :insane:.If that's your normal, then I guess you don't need a loupe to read the microtext on a bank note. :eyes:.
I'm hoping for a slightly smaller font at some point, although keeping it's clean look. Of course I've got a larger screen than most on my phone despite the same resolution, so whatever I see will probably be larger than what you see.
My phones screen is about 3cm wide by about 4cm high, the same as my old phone but at double the resolution. So everything looks smaller than on my old phone. The small text option is so small it almost needs a magnifying glass to read! :insane:. I would also like a larger screen than this but for now this will just have to do. :awww:. Having a higher resolution for the same physical size improves the images but makes text much harder to view. Here is a screenshot of the text input window. (I haven't found a way to alter the text size for the default phone text)
How come you have your font so large? :p
π
As he said, he needs his eyes tested. π π
Aadil,this is very informative ! :p:lol:
