They're trying to fool anti-spam programs by putting what seems to be normal conversation/email stuff in there – quite often it seems to be something from old Victorian-era novels for some reason π

Normally this is how the viagra spam looks but this one has no links or viable text. So I don't know what it's about. And gmail spam filters don't work the same way as the automatic type so it makes no difference what you do, spam is identified by humans with gmail so it will get marked as such in due course. π
